Tissa’s further struggles are at SN 22.84. He is maintaining the tradition of the Buddha’s family members causing issues: Devadatta, Nanda, Upananda, Mahāpajāpati, Daṇḍapāṇi, Channa.

This misconduct is addressed in the Vinaya with Bu Ss 12.
