ಉತ್ಕೃಷ್ಟತೆ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಆಚಾರವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಆನಂದ, ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ: "ನಾನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ಈ ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಿರಿ. ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಅಂತಿಮ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಬೇಡಿ."
- ತಾನು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಹಂಕಾರವೇ ಸ್ವತಃ ನನ್ನ ಬಡ್ತಿ. ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವ ನಷ್ಟವೇ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಅಹಂಕಾರವೇ ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಹಾರದು. ಸ್ವತಃ ಅಪಮಾನವೇ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ತಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನೀತಾವಾದದ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅವರ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉದಯಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ತಳಕೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
ಆನಂದ, ನಾನು ನಿಧನರಾದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಉಪದೇಶವೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದ್ವೀಪವಾಗಿರಲಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮದೇ ದ್ವೀಪ, ನಿಮ್ಮದೇ ಆಶ್ರಯವಾಗಿರಲಿ, ಇತರ ಆಶ್ರಯಗಳಿಲ್ಲದೇ.
ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಉಲ್ಬಣವಿಲ್ಲ. ಉಲ್ಬಣವಿಲ್ಲದಾಗ ಶಾಂತಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಶಾಂತಿ ಇರುವಾಗ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಾಗ, ಬರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋಗುವದು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಬರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋಗುವದು ಇಲ್ಲದಾಗ, ಮೃತ್ಯು ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಮೃತ್ಯು ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನ ಇಲ್ಲದಾಗ ಈ ಲೋಕ ಅಥವಾ ಅಂತರ್ಗತ ಅಥವಾ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇರುವ ಲೋಕ ಇಲ್ಲ.
ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಬಾಧೆ ಅಂತ.

ಅನಂತರ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗುವ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳ ಪತ್ತೆಮಾಡುವುದು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳ - ಮಾತುಗಳ - ಚಿಂತನೆಯ ಶಾಂತಿ ಬುದ್ಧನ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ. ಅವರ ಶಾಶ್ವತತೆ ಬುದ್ಧನ ನಿಶ್ಚಲತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

"Mahā" means great, surpassing. "Kāla" means time, darkness, emptiness. Mahākāla transcends time and space.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜೀವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷ ದೊರೆಯಲಿ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜೀವಿಗಳು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗಳು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿರಲಿ. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಜೀವಿಗಳು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿರಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷ ಸದಾ ಇಡೀ ಇರಲಿ.

ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಂಪತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ. ತೀವ್ರವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಪಟುವಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ, ಕಲಿತ ಧರ್ಮದಿಂದ ಸಂತೋಷ ಲಭಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸತ್ಯವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಹಿಯಾದ ರುಚಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಯಾರು ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಅಮಾಯಕ, ದುಃಖವು ಕ್ಲಿಂಗ್ಗಳಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮನಸ್ಸು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ, ನೀವು ಕೇವಲ ದುಷ್ಟವಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಅಸ್ವಂತ, ಮತ್ತು ನಿರೋೕಗವು ಕ್ಲಿಂಗ್ಇಲ್ಲದದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.
